Who prices your job
Every estimate is led and signed off by Shoaib Saeed, a civil engineer (B.Eng Civil) with more than 12 years in the industry. He has worked for contractors, for consultants and on the estimating desk, so he knows how a job gets built, how the drawings get put together and what a contractor needs from an estimate.
The work we price runs from small drainage packages to road and civil tenders of over $20 million.
The pricing decisions, the checking and the sign-off are Shoaib's, and he's the one you talk to, before the tender closes and after.
How we work
- Civil work only. Earthworks, roads, stormwater, subdivisions, civil structures and pit and pipe.
- Priced from first principles. Every item measured, with the labour, plant, materials and subcontract built up and checked.
- Nothing hidden. The assumptions, exclusions and risks are written down, with questions for the designer.
- Agreed up front. A fixed fee and a delivery date before we start.
- Confidential. We never name clients or sites, and one client's prices never reach another.
