How to reach us

Sent after hours or on the weekend? We reply the next business day.

How to send the documents

• Tender on a portal? Forward us the invitation, or add tenders@sydneycivilestimating.com.au to the tender.
• Large files: a Dropbox, Google Drive or WeTransfer link is fine.
• Small packages: attach them to an email or send them on WhatsApp.
• Tell us the closing date, what you want priced, and whether you need the client's pricing schedule, the methodology or the programme as well.
• Developers: a concept layout and the lot count is enough to start.

What happens next

1. We reply the same business day.
2. We look at what's involved and send you a fixed fee and a delivery date. Most tender packages take 3 to 7 working days; larger ones longer, and tight closing dates can often be met. Nothing starts until you've accepted both.
3. You get the estimate: a priced bill of quantities in Excel and PDF, with the assumptions, exclusions and risks written down, and questions for the designer.
4. We stay on the phone for your questions, before and after the tender closes.
