Estimating for contractors who are too busy to price

You're running the work all day and pricing tenders at night. The tenders keep coming, the evenings keep going, and there's nobody you'd trust to hand them to.

Most contractors price every job themselves for years. It works until the business grows, and then the pricing is the thing that suffers: tenders go in rushed, or don't go in at all.

How we work with you

We can price with your own labour and plant rates, your crew sizes and your layout, so the estimate reads like one of yours. We price at cost and you put your margin on. The commercial calls stay with you.

You deal with Shoaib, our lead estimator, the whole way through, and he's still on the phone after the tender closes when the client comes back with questions.

You don't have to hand everything over at once. Send us the next one that's due. You'll have a fixed fee and a date before we start, usually the same business day, and you can judge the work for yourself.

Common questions

Will it be priced the way I price?

If you want it to be. Send us your rates, crew sizes and preferred layout and we'll build it on your numbers.

Do I lose control of the margin?

No. It comes back at cost. You decide the margin and the final number.

Is it cheaper than hiring an estimator?

For most growing businesses, yes. You only pay for the tenders you send, and nothing in the quiet months.

Send us the RFQ
