Sydney CivilEstimating

Overflow estimating when your team is flat out

Three tenders closing in the same week and only enough people for two. Or your estimator has just handed in their notice. We take the overflow, a whole package or a single trade, and hand back something your team can drop straight into the submission.

A full-time estimator is a fixed cost, and tender volume isn't. We're the other option. There's no salary, leave, super or notice period. You use us when the tenders pile up and pay nothing when they don't.

Fitting in with your team

The most common arrangement is splitting a tender by trade, across the civil packages we price. Your team keeps the parts they know best and we take the rest, for example the earthworks and drainage while they do the structures.

We can work in your client's pricing schedule or your own template, and deliver it unbranded so it goes out as your own work. Tell us at the start and it's included in the fee.

The delivery date is agreed with the fee before we start, so your team can plan the rest of the submission around it.
