These terms apply to your use of sydneycivilestimating.com.au. Sydney Civil Estimating is a trading name of SNZ Trading Pty Ltd (ABN 40 646 914 141), Level 8, 25 Restwell Street, Bankstown NSW 2200. By using this website you accept these terms.
2. Estimating work is covered by your fee proposal
Every estimating job is governed by the written fee proposal and terms of engagement you accept for that job. Nothing on this website forms part of that agreement unless the fee proposal says so, and if anything here differs from your fee proposal, the fee proposal applies.
3. Information on this website
The content on this website is general information about civil estimating, not advice about any particular project, and should not be relied on for a tender price, a contract or a financial decision without your own checks.
4. Enquiries
Sending an enquiry or drawings does not create an engagement, and we are not obliged to quote on every enquiry. An engagement starts only when you accept a fee proposal. Please send only documents you are entitled to share.
5. Our content
The content, design, logos and tools on this website, including the subdivision cost calculator and the ranges behind it, belong to us. You may view and print pages, link to them and quote a short extract with credit. You may not copy or republish the website or scrape it by automated means without our written permission.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or your reliance on anything on it. Nothing in these terms excludes any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded; where our liability can be limited, it is limited to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.
